This app will upload & centralize your data to our cloud infrastructure where analytics and charts will visualize your progress toward your individualized health goals.
At the time of app's development COVID19 is spreading altering peoples lifestyles. We are transitioining from in office commutes to in-place home offices. This might have positive implications on sleep, it could have negative implications on activity. We are walking less, standing less, exercsing less and possibly snacking more.
